What delivery options do you have?

We currently have two delivery options for the UK. These are a Royal Mail service which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days. And a tracked DPD service which has an estimate of 1 day delivery dependant on availability of the product.

What payment option do you have?

You can pay via Credit or Debit card.

What is your returns policy?

You have the right to return an item to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date you received the goods. On the reverse of your order slip is a returns form, follow the instructions and fill in any details required regarding your order. (If you do not have this document, please enclose a note with your order number, name, reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange)

Please note, consumers in the UK now have up to 30 days to return faulty/damaged goods providing the fault was in existence on delivery. You will not need to justify the reason for returning and we will refund costs. (except supplementary costs).

Items to be returned in its original packaging and packed in a good manner so it can be re-stocked / returned to manufacturer

Note – Orders are accepted by us when the goods are sent.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply a coupon code at the cart stage. Or you will be presented with a notice bar on the checkout section to apply the code.

How do I manage my account?

You can edit your account by clicking on the Account Button icon in the header.

How do I manage my orders?

Once into your account dashboard you will be presented with a button which will show your exisiting orders. You will be able to see every previous order made under this account.

How do I cancel my account?

We can remove you account by emailing us at [email protected].
